The beginning
My path to reflexology
My journey into reflexology began with a deep interest in natural approaches to wellbeing and the connection between body and mind.
I qualified as a reflexologist in 2014 and have continued learning ever since, expanding my training across different areas of reflexology and complementary wellbeing.
NaturePaths has grown from a simple idea: wellbeing does not follow exactly the same path for everyone. My intention is to create a calm, supportive space where each person can slow down, reconnect and feel genuinely cared for.
How I work
No two paths are exactly the same
I believe each session should begin with the person in front of me.
Rather than treating every appointment exactly the same, I take time to understand what has brought you to reflexology and tailor the session to you.
Some people come simply for an hour of deep relaxation. Others are looking for ongoing support during a particular stage of life or wellbeing journey.
Whatever brings you to NaturePaths, you are welcome to start with one session and take things at your own pace.
